Ashraf Uddin, ACA
Mr. Ashraf Uddin, ACA, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting from Jagannath University.
He brings over 18 years of extensive experience across a wide range of industries — including Ready-Made Garments (RMG), textiles, NGOs, agriculture, healthcare, real estate, and financial services.
He served as Assistant General Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Fakir Group from 2007 to 2020, and later as Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) at Norban Group from 2021 to 2023. In 2024, he commenced professional practice as an independent auditor.
Mr. Uddin possesses strong expertise in audit, taxation, VAT, and the implementation of accounting and auditing standards — enabling him to provide effective financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision support.
